Description
Product Introduction:
Thermal conductivity is a key parameter in the study of a material’s thermophysical properties. This series of instruments employs the guarded‑plate method, meeting the stringent high‑precision testing requirements of materials‑characterization laboratories for thermal conductivity. It is primarily used to measure plastics, glass, fibers, concrete, building insulation materials, foam boards, powders, and other materials, and finds broad application in universities and colleges, research institutions, quality‑inspection agencies, and manufacturing enterprises.
Introduction to the Instrumentation System
The instrument comprises a high-precision regulated power supply, a temperature-measuring instrument, a central calorimeter heater, an auxiliary heater, a constant-temperature water bath, and a computer-based testing system.
1. Test head components: calorimetric plate, guard plate, and cold plate.
2. Heating System: Thermal‑protective plate heater and metered‑power heater.
3. Cold plate temperature control: constant-temperature water bath.
4. Temperature Measurement System: Employs a digital display high-precision instrument to ensure accuracy and stability, with internal zero-point compensation.
5. Power measurement is performed using a high-precision regulated power supply for heating, with an accuracy better than 0.1%.
6. Computer testing components: computer, communication modules, and test software.
