Product Introduction:
This product series conducts thermal cycling tests on specimens under vacuum conditions. It is suitable for use in the aerospace, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, electronic instrumentation, electrical materials, automotive, metallurgical, and electronic industries, enabling performance evaluation and quality control of components and products in high‑temperature, vacuum environments. It is also employed for drying, baking, heat treatment, and other processes. Manufactured using imported laser technology and CNC machining equipment, these products are designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, and research institutions to perform drying, wax melting, sterilization, and degassing operations.
Product Features:
Inner liner material: Made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Outer box material: Cold-rolled steel sheet with a baked‑on paint finish.
Door seal: Uses a custom‑molded silicone rubber sealing ring, with a press‑fit sealing design that resists aging and prevents cracking.
Insulation material: high-density aluminosilicate fiber cotton, with low thermal capacity and low thermal conductivity.
Heating tube: Uses a SUS304 stainless steel heating tube.
Vacuum pump unit: rotary vane vacuum pump combined with Roots vacuum pump
Door opening/closing mechanism: 700 mm pneumatic cylinder for operating the equipment door
