Description
Low-temperature test tank:
Low-temperature tank models: DWC-30, DWC-60, DWC-80, DWC-100
Product Introduction:
A compression‑type refrigeration unit newly developed in accordance with the requirements for low‑temperature equipment specified in GB/T 229‑07, “Metallic Materials — Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method.” This equipment employs a cascade refrigeration system and leverages thermal equilibrium principles along with a stirring‑circulation mechanism to achieve automatic, uniform cooling of test specimens. It can also be used for other low‑temperature testing and experimental applications.

Structure and Operating Principle
This equipment comprises a compressor-based refrigeration system, a heating unit, a temperature control system, a cooling tank, a stirring system, and an automatic timing and alarm device, among other components.
Once the “Refrigeration” switch is activated and all compressors have started, the refrigeration system enters its normal operating state. The refrigeration compressor continues to run; as the temperature approaches the setpoint, the temperature controller, employing an intelligent PID algorithm, regulates the heater to offset the excess cooling capacity generated by the system, thereby maintaining a constant temperature. Stirring ensures continuous circulation of the cooling medium within the cooling tank, resulting in uniform and consistent temperature distribution.
