Description

Product Description:

The ZC4 brick rebound hammer is a pointer‑type, direct‑reading rebound instrument independently developed and designed by our factory. This product employs a tension spring to drive the impact hammer, which strikes sintered common bricks, masonry units, non‑fired bricks, or sintered porous bricks via an impact rod. The restoring force generated by the instantaneous elastic deformation of the brick specimen’s surface causes the impact hammer to retract the pointer, indicating the rebound distance. As one of the key indicators of a brick’s compressive strength, the rebound value can be used to estimate its compressive strength and grade. This instrument is suitable for nondestructive testing of the compressive strength of bricks in walls constructed from sintered common bricks, masonry units, non‑fired bricks, or sintered porous bricks, and it can also be applied to the strength assessment of lightweight aggregate concrete and other lightweight materials.

Product Features:

This product is lightweight, versatile, and affordably priced. It requires no power source and is easy to operate, making it ideal for use on construction sites and in various brick‑making plants. The entire unit features a high‑strength aluminum alloy housing, ensuring tighter component fit and more stable rebound values.

Applicable Standard:

People’s Republic of China National Metrological Verification Regulation “Rebound Hammer” JJG 817

National Standard of the People’s Republic of China: Rebound Hammer, GB/T 9138
