Safety shoe testing equipment

LBT-ZX-766 Safety Shoe Rubber Abrasion Tester

This equipment has been developed in accordance with the new standards specified in GB/T 20991, “Test Methods for Footwear of Personal Protective Equipment,” and is suitable for assessing the abrasion resistance of elastic materials, rubber, tires, conveyor belts, shoe soles, soft synthetic leather, and other similar materials. It features high efficiency, excellent reproducibility, and ease of operation. Reference standards: compliant with DIN 53516, ISO/DIS 4649, BS 903 Part 9, GB/T 20991 “Test Methods for Footwear of Personal Protective Equipment,” and other relevant specifications.

LBT-ZX-767 Sole Flexing Tester

This device is primarily used to evaluate the flexural resistance of materials after repeated bending. During testing, a cut‑out knife is used to create three small incisions along the line of maximum bending stress in the outsole’s anti‑slip tread pattern. The sample is then bent at a 90° angle at a specified speed for a predetermined number of cycles, after which the degree of flexural durability of the outsole is examined under magnification. Reference standards: EN 344, ISO 17707, and GB/T 20991‑2007 “Personal Protective Equipment — Test Methods for Footwear.”

LBT-ZX-782 Safety Shoe Slip Resistance Tester

The safety shoe anti-slip testing machine is used to evaluate the static slip resistance of shoe soles and heels, as well as to test materials in contact with walking surfaces. It is suitable for major testing institutions and safety shoe manufacturers.
