Product Introduction:

The ZC‑G10 series concrete rebar detector is primarily used to determine the location, distribution, and orientation of reinforcing steel within concrete structures, as well as to measure the concrete cover thickness.

Product Features:

1. Supports thickness measurement, JGJ testing, cross-section inspection, and image scanning, among other functions.

2. By employing a combination of multiple transmitting and receiving coil pairs, high-precision rebar detection is achieved.

3. Equipped with a high-precision grating sensor, it can accurately measure instrument displacement and rebar spacing.

4. Real-time dynamic display of rebar location, spacing, and concrete cover thickness.

5. The midpoints of adjacent reinforcing bars are determined in real time, facilitating core sampling.

6. Multiple scanning modes, suitable for various measurement environments, can highlight different characteristics of rebar distribution and provide richer display information.

7. Equipped with compliance‑based scanning modes, it supports retesting at specified locations and allows flexible selection of the number of measurement points in accordance with the relevant testing requirements.

8. Supports long-range scanning: thickness, cross-section, and mesh scanning can reach up to 65 meters; image scanning mode can reach up to 10 meters; a single scan can capture data for as many as 500 reinforcing bars.

9. Supports multi-level stirrup detection and correction, effectively eliminating stirrup interference and ensuring more accurate measurement of concrete cover thickness.

10. Equipped with a built-in rebar spacing correction function, further enhancing thickness measurement accuracy when scanning densely arranged reinforcement.

11. Supports two data upload methods: USB wired transmission and Bluetooth wireless transmission.

12. Equipped with a 3.5-inch IPS LCD display, featuring high resolution (320×480 pixels), wide viewing angles, and rich information‑display capabilities.
