This device employs ultrasonic and micro‑imaging technologies, making it suitable for detecting internal defects, crack depths, and crack widths in non‑metallic materials such as concrete, graphite, and nylon, as well as in their structural components. In addition, it utilizes the ultrasonic‑rebound composite method to assess concrete strength and evaluates the grouting compactness of the bottom joints in precast shear walls used in prefabricated construction.
Product Features:
1. Employing the ultrasonic–rebound composite method, it integrates four major functions: concrete strength testing, defect detection, crack depth measurement, and crack width measurement.
2. Automatically analyzes the travel time and amplitude of the first echo, eliminating the need for manual interpretation and directly displaying the test results.
3. Equipped with a 10-inch high-brightness touchscreen and an intelligent, interactive user interface, it is easy to learn and operate.
4. A 4-centimeter-thin body and lightweight design make it easy to carry on the go;
5. By manually adjusting the acoustic travel-time curve, data calibration can be performed, yielding more accurate test results.
6. During testing, the waveforms of saved measurement points can be freely replayed, overwritten, or deleted.
7. The low-power design enables continuous operation for more than 8 hours;
8. Data can be transferred to a USB flash drive, and software upgrades are supported;
9. Powerful dedicated PC analysis software that simplifies data analysis, processing, and report generation.
