Description
Product Introduction:
This device employs ultrasonic and microscopic imaging technologies, making it suitable for detecting internal defects, crack depths, and crack widths in non-metallic materials such as concrete, graphite, and nylon, as well as their structural components. It can also assess the grouting compactness of the bottom joints in precast shear walls used in prefabricated construction.
Product Features:
1. A 10-inch (1280×800) high-brightness touchscreen display with a maximum brightness of 400 nits; the user interface features an intelligent interactive design, making it easy to learn, simple to operate, and highly user-friendly.
2. The housing is made of high-strength ABS engineering plastic, offering excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, and impact resistance.
3. The device is 4 cm thick and weighs 1.8 kg, making it lightweight and easy to carry.
4. Employing a proprietary first‑wave algorithm to achieve more accurate crack depth measurement;
5. Supports grouting density testing of the bottom joints of precast shear walls in prefabricated buildings; features simulation imaging capabilities for real-time 3D visualization.
6. Three modes for crack width measurement: automatic, manual, and manual interpretation using an electronic scale;
7. Unique self-calibration function, allowing calibration using a standard scale plate for convenient operation;
8. Manually adjustable acoustic time‑delay lines for more precise data correction and test results;
9. Low-power design, with continuous operation lasting over 8 hours;
10. Automatically analyzes the first‑arrival time and amplitude, displaying the results in real time for clear and immediate interpretation.
11. Manually adjustable acoustic time‑difference line to prevent misjudgments, offering simple and practical operation;
12. During testing, the waveforms of saved measurement points can be overwritten or deleted at any time.
13. The USB communication interface supports data transfer to a USB flash drive and enables software upgrades via USB.
14. Powerful defect‑analysis software supports image analysis of precast components;
15. Advanced processing software enables automated data analysis and convenient report printing.
16. This PC‑based software supports custom reports, is compatible with cloud‑based data transmission, and can export data in multiple formats, including images, TXT files, and Office documents.
