Product Introduction:

The fully automatic high-speed modified asphalt emulsification shear machine is a newly developed, automatically controlled shear device in accordance with the JTG 3410-2025 standard. It features automatic display and control of shear time, as well as automatic display and control of heating temperature, and is equipped with an adjustable shear head lifting position.

It features automatic shutdown upon reaching a set limit, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Equipped with a fuse‑based overload protection system and thyristor control, it also includes an emergency stop switch for both the shear and lifting mechanisms, allowing for convenient mid‑operation halts. Heating temperature and shearing time are both digitally controlled.

Display: The display is clear and intuitive, facilitating easy observation and control. This machine is simple to operate, runs safely and reliably, and its automatic control and digital display greatly enhance user convenience. The emulsifier features a specially designed rotor and stator; driven at high speed by the motor, it draws the material into the rotor. The intense kinetic energy generated by the high‑frequency mechanical effects of the rotor’s rapid rotation subjects the material to powerful mechanical and hydrodynamic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, interlayer friction, high‑velocity impact‑induced tearing, and turbulent flow—all acting in concert—to break, disperse, and fragment the particles. Within a short time, the material undergoes hundreds of thousands of such shear cycles, enabling immiscible substances to achieve uniform, fine‑grained emulsification, fragmentation, and dissolution almost instantaneously. The emulsifier finds broad applications across numerous industries, including adhesives, paints and coatings, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, textile dyeing, inks, asphalt, and more.

Structure and Operating Principle:

It consists of three main components: a heating vessel, a shear head, and a lifting mechanism. The temperature of the heating vessel can be set anywhere between room temperature and 250°C and is automatically controlled. The shear unit comprises a shear head and an electric motor. During operation, the shear head shears the emulsified asphalt inside the vessel, with the shear time regulated by a timer that can be set within the range of 1 to 9,999 seconds. The lifting mechanism, which includes an electric motor and a lead screw, enables vertical movement of the shear unit: it rises to its highest position during loading or unloading, and lowers to its lowest position during shearing.
