Product Introduction:

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in GB/T 4510-2006 “Method for Determining the Brittle Point of Asphalt” of the People’s Republic of China, as well as in T 0613-1993 “Asphalt Brittle Point Test (Fraass Method)” of the industry standard JTG 3410-2025 “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.” It is suitable for determining the Fraass brittle point of asphalt materials in compliance with the requirements set forth in GB/T 4510 and T 0613.

Product Features:

1. The brittleness tester employs a compressor-based low-temperature refrigeration system.

2. The freezer compartment provides a cooling environment with a cooling rate of 1°C per minute.

3. The servo bending mechanism automatically loads the specimen, with a bending rate of 0–10 mm/s.

4. Microcomputer-controlled, with automatic regulation of the cooling rate and automatic timed bending of the specimen.

5. A 10-inch color LCD touch screen displays experimental data, and a built-in printer outputs the results.
