Description
Product Introduction
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T0673‑2025 of the People’s Republic of China’s transportation industry standard JTG 3410‑2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.” When hot asphalt (e.g., at 150–160°C) comes into contact with even a small amount of cold water (2–3%), a vigorous heat exchange occurs, causing the cold water to vaporize instantaneously and resulting in a “foaming” phenomenon. Asphalt exhibiting this foaming behavior is commonly referred to as foamed asphalt. During the foaming process, the volume of the asphalt expands rapidly—often by several times or even more than tenfold—while its viscosity decreases significantly, facilitating effective mixing with aggregates. Consequently, foamed asphalt is highly suitable for use in cold recycling and warm-mix technologies in road engineering. Although foamed asphalt technology originated in the United States, with the implementation of China’s “Technical Specification for Recycling of Asphalt Pavements on Highways” (JTGF 41‑2008), it has also made substantial progress and development within China.

YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
