Product Introduction

This instrument is designed in accordance with the People’s Republic of China industry standards JTG 3410-2025 “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,” specifically T0605-2011 for the asphalt ductility test, T0662-2000 for the asphalt elastic recovery test, and T0640-2025 for the asphalt cohesion test (force‑displacement method).

Key technical features:

1. Adopting an automated design philosophy, the test chamber is entirely free of lead screws, guide rails, and other components, making specimen installation exceptionally convenient, with a maximum tensile stroke of 1.5 meters.

2. The constant-temperature water bath features a double-layer design made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with both a circulating water tank and a still-water tank; the still-water tank ensures uniform, non‑circulating water temperature.

3. Servo motor drive design ensures smooth, synchronized stretching with uniform speed, eliminating vibration and providing precise elongation readings.

4. After the stretching is complete, the stretcher can quickly and automatically return to its original position with precise positioning.

5. Equipped with a 10-inch industrial PC and a high-precision LCD temperature controller, featuring a display resolution of 0.01°C and temperature control accuracy of 0.1°C; operated via touch buttons, waterproof, impact-resistant, and easy to clean.

6. Three-channel force measurement function. Displays tensile force in real time.

7. The data upload function includes built-in PC‑based extension testing software, featuring database management and network connectivity.
