LBT-1A10 CNC Low-Temperature Asphalt Ductility Tester

This instrument is designed in accordance with the requirements of T0605‑2011 “Asphalt Ductility Test” as specified in JTG 3410‑2025, the Industry Standard of the People’s Republic of China, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.” It is suitable for determining, by the methods prescribed in GB/T 4508‑2010 or T0605‑2011, the length of petroleum asphalt at break when stretched under specified conditions and at a defined temperature, expressed in millimeters. The device is applicable to measuring the ductility of asphalt of various grades and types, as well as the residue remaining after distillation of liquid asphalt and the evaporative residue of asphalt emulsions. It features automatic temperature control, stepless speed regulation, and the capability to simultaneously conduct tests on three specimen molds. Users can select from a range of stretching rates. This equipment is widely employed in production, road construction, and research settings, and is particularly well suited for testing modified asphalts.

Product Introduction:

This instrument is designed in accordance with the requirements of T0605‑2011 “Asphalt Ductility Test” as specified in JTG 3410‑2025, the Industry Standard of the People’s Republic of China, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.” It is suitable for determining, by the methods prescribed in GB/T 4508‑2010 or T0605‑2011, the length of petroleum asphalt at break when stretched under specified conditions and at a defined temperature, expressed in millimeters. The device is applicable to measuring the ductility of asphalt of various grades and types, as well as the residue remaining after distillation of liquid asphalt and the evaporative residue of asphalt emulsions. It features automatic temperature control, stepless speed regulation, and the capability to conduct tests on three specimen molds simultaneously. Users can select from a range of stretching rates. Widely employed in production, road construction, and research settings, it is particularly well suited for testing modified asphalts.

Key technical features:

1. Adopting an automated design philosophy, the test chamber is entirely free of lead screws, guide rails, and other mechanical components, making specimen mounting exceptionally convenient, with a maximum tensile stroke of 1.5 meters.

2. The constant-temperature water bath features a double-layer design made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with both a circulating water tank and a still-water tank; the still-water tank ensures uniform, non‑circulating water temperature.

3. Featuring a coaxial motor–ball-screw drive design, the stretching process is smooth and synchronized throughout, with uniform speed and no jitter, and elongation readings are highly accurate.

4. After the tensile test is completed, the extensometer can automatically return quickly and position itself accurately.

5. A 43-inch touch-screen is used as the human–machine interface, enabling simultaneous display of more test information; the high-precision LCD temperature controller offers a temperature control accuracy of 0.1°C.

6. Features dual control via touchscreen and physical buttons, making it convenient to operate during use.
