Product Introduction:
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T0604-2011 “Penetration Test for Asphalt” of the People’s Republic of China’s transportation industry standard JTG 3410-2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.” It is suitable for determining the penetration of residual materials obtained after evaporation of road petroleum asphalt, modified asphalt, liquid petroleum asphalt, or emulsified asphalt. The instrument complies with JJG (Transportation) 067-2015 “Method for Measuring Asphalt Penetration,” GB 4509-84 “Method for Measuring Penetration of Petroleum Asphalt,” and TO 60-93 “Asphalt Penetration Test.”

1. It can perform three consecutive tests and automatically calculate the test average.
2. The system test mode allows for sensor diagnostics and recalibration.
3. The instrument’s working platform can be horizontally adjusted vertically within a range of 0 to 20 mm.
4. The penetration needle rod can be manually adjusted up and down.
5. Automatic prompt when the sensor exceeds its measurement range.
6. The test duration can be set from 000.0 to 999.9 seconds.
