Description

Product Introduction:

This method is applicable for determining the saturation ratio of asphalt mixtures and can be used for quality control of mixtures at asphalt mixing plants, for pavement condition surveys, and for assessing the quality of compacted asphalt mixtures in pavements.

Instructions for use:

1. Connect the power supply. The power switch and the hour/minute display windows will light up, indicating that the device is ready for operation.

2. The instrument is equipped with an electrical contact vacuum gauge featuring upper and lower limits that can be set according to the test requirements. When the gauge pointer reaches the lower limit, the vacuum pump stops; when it reaches the upper limit, the pump resumes operation, thereby maintaining the required vacuum level for the test.

3. Close the vacuum canister lid tightly, press the vacuum button to start the vacuum pump, and the timer will begin counting. Press the stop button to halt the vacuum pump.
