Product Introduction:

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the People’s Republic of China industry standards JTG 3410‑2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,” specifically the section on “Asphalt Content Test in Asphalt Mixtures (Combustion Oven Method),” as well as JT/T 671‑2006, “Asphalt Content Tester—Combustion Method,” and the metrological verification procedure JJG (Transportation) 072‑2024, “Asphalt Content Tester—Combustion Method,” which came into effect on April 1, 2025, under the Ministry of Transport. The instrument enables rapid, accurate, safe, and reliable determination of asphalt content; it is suitable not only for measuring asphalt content in asphalt mixtures but also for conducting sieve analysis on combustion‑residue asphalt mixtures, making it an ideal device for testing asphalt content in asphalt mixture production, research, and application. Furthermore, this instrument complies with the technical requirements of ASTM D 6307‑98 and AASHTO T 308‑99.

Product Features:

1. Intelligent: Features automatic generation and storage of test results, retrieval of historical data, and printing of test reports.

2. Data can be uploaded over the network.

3. Equipped with a 7-inch LCD touchscreen, offering responsive touch‑based interaction.

4. Secondary combustion chamber temperature: 900°C. The time required to heat the chamber from ambient temperature to 900°C shall not exceed 25 minutes. The secondary combustion chamber performs a secondary combustion of the flue gases generated after the asphalt mixture has been combusted in the primary combustion chamber.

5. High temperature control accuracy and excellent stability: Temperature control with PID functionality is implemented using PWM modulation.

6. Excellent electromagnetic compatibility: the heating channel features a soft-start function upon power-off, and the electrical control system is equipped with an electromagnetic shielding enclosure.

7. Energy Efficiency: The furnace body is constructed with thick, high-performance insulation materials, significantly reducing heat loss.

8. This instrument can store 1,000 sets of test data and supports independent deletion, full clearing, and printing of the stored data.

9. A beep will sound when the furnace door is opened.
