LB-T07 Ceramic Elastic Modulus Tester

This instrument employs a three-point bending test to determine the elastic modulus of non-metallic materials such as graphite and ceramics. It comprises a hydraulic loading system, a deformation measurement system, a pressure measurement system, and a computer‑based control and data acquisition system. The deformation measurement system utilizes high‑precision displacement sensors to measure microstrains, while the pressure measurement system employs high‑accuracy pressure transducers and digital pressure gauges. All three measurement and control subsystems are governed by a computer, enabling fully automated testing, data processing, and the generation of printed test reports.

Description

Product Introduction:

This instrument employs a three-point bending test method to determine the elastic modulus of non-metallic materials such as graphite and ceramics. All three measurement and control subsystems are computer‑controlled, enabling fully automated testing, data processing, and the generation of printed test reports. This instrument complies with GB/T 10700 “Test Method for Elastic Modulus of Fine Ceramics—Bending Method,” YS/T 63.13 “Methods for Testing Carbonaceous Materials for Aluminum—Part 13: Determination of Young’s Modulus by Static Testing,” and GB/T 23266 “Determination of the Elastic Limit of Ceramic Plates.” It is suitable for the determination of the static elastic modulus at room temperature for engineering ceramics, fine ceramics, and carbonaceous materials used in aluminum production.
