The PEM-type non-metallic material densitometer is an instrument used to determine the bulk density of green bodies formed from ceramic tiles and other non-metallic powders. The PEM densitometer consists of a main body, a loading/unloading mechanism, a punch, a specimen support table with its lifting mechanism, and a indentation-depth measurement device. The punches include needle‑shaped tips in various specifications, all made of stainless steel.

1. Preload: 1.961 N

2. Primary load weights: 10.58 N, 13.72 N

3. Needle tip diameter: choose from 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, or 0.9 mm.

4. Measurement range: 0.01–3 mm (penetration depth).
