Description

Product Introduction:

The autoclave for testing glaze‑crack resistance of ceramic tiles is equipment used to evaluate the glaze‑crack resistance of glazed ceramic tiles. This device is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 3810.11, “Methods of Testing Ceramic Tiles—Part 11: Determination of Glaze‑Crack Resistance of Glazed Tiles,” and its accuracy, performance, and structural design all meet the standard’s requirements. The equipment is also suitable for other tests conducted at working pressures ranging from 0 to 1.0 MPa. It features a simple structure, high‑precision pressure control, quiet operation, and reliable performance. Operators need only connect the power supply and press the “Test” button; no adjustments or monitoring are required, as pressure increase and pressure maintenance are carried out automatically according to the programmed sequence.
