Product Introduction:
The YMS-1 mortar pressure bleeding tester complies with the “Technical Specifications for Highway Bridge and Culvert Construction” and the “Technical Requirements for Grouting of Post-Tensioned Prestressed Concrete Girder Ducts in Railways,” and is used to determine the pressure bleeding rate of grouting materials (grouting agents) for ducts.
Technical specifications:
1. The filter press vessel has an inner diameter of 40 mm and a nominal volume of approximately 250 mL.
2. The bleed pipe is a rigid plastic tube with an outer diameter of 20 mm and a length of approximately 240 mm (ensure that the upper opening of the bleed pipe remains above the slurry surface), and its lower end is sealed with a ball valve. A 40‑mm‑wide bleed strip is installed at the midpoint of the bleed pipe; this strip consists of three layers of 325‑mesh stainless steel mesh, which are tightly fitted to the bleed pipe to prevent slurry leakage.
3. The graduated cylinder of the water collection container has a capacity of 10 mL and a scale division of 0.2 mL.
4. Compressed air cylinders capable of delivering a maximum pressure of no less than 0.80 Pa shall be provided. Pressure gauges with a maximum reading of at least 1.0 Pa and a minimum scale division of 0.02 MPa shall be installed.
