Product Introduction:
The HV‑1000 micro‑Vickers hardness tester features a high‑brightness, high‑resolution LCD display with a built-in calculator, a frictionless spindle, and highly accurate test forces that simplify the measurement procedure. It incorporates a high‑precision optical measurement system and a precision coordinate stage, along with automatic detection of the applied load and automatic conversion of hardness values (HV to HR, HB, and surface Rockwell). The illumination brightness is continuously adjustable, and optional accessories include Vickers hardness‑testing software, a CCD camera, and an image‑processing system. A Knoop indenter can also be added for Knoop hardness testing. With its affordable price and straightforward, practical design, it is a relatively basic model of microhardness tester.
Implementation Standard:
Accuracy complies with GB/T 4340.2, ISO 6507‑2, and ASTM E384. Applications include microhardness testing of ceramics, nitrided layers, steels, and surface‑treated nonferrous metals, as well as hardness gradient measurements in carburized, nitrided, and quenched hardened layers on metal surfaces; it is also suitable for electroplated coatings, metal foils, thin sheets, and miniature specimens. This instrument is ideal for precision Vickers hardness measurement on parallel flat surfaces, small components, and ultra‑thin parts.
