Product Introduction:
A sealing tester, also known as a seal integrity tester, sealing tester, sealing test machine, seal performance tester, or seal integrity detector, is a testing device used to evaluate the sealing performance of packaging. It is primarily employed by manufacturing and processing companies to assess the seal integrity of containers such as bags, bottles, cans, tubes, and boxes in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries, thereby ensuring that product quality is not compromised by package leakage and extending shelf life. Test principle:
By evacuating the vacuum chamber, an internal–external pressure differential is established across the specimen immersed in water, allowing observation of gas leakage from within the specimen to assess its sealing performance. Alternatively, by creating a pressure differential through vacuum evacuation, the specimen is subjected to expansion, and its ability to regain its original shape upon release of the vacuum is evaluated to determine its sealing integrity.
