Designed and manufactured as an upgraded version based on the requirements of the GB/T 2419 standard “Apparatus for Determining the Flowability of Cement Mortar,” this device features a powder-coated sheet-metal enclosure, a sealed flip‑top cover, a 4.3‑inch high‑definition touch screen control interface, a stepper motor paired with gear drive, and 5 cm‑thick sound‑insulating cotton lining inside the housing. These enhancements deliver reduced noise, improved environmental friendliness, and greater user convenience. The instrument is versatile, allowing users to freely set parameters to meet diverse experimental requirements for the number of oscillations. (For example, with a motor speed of 280 rpm, the flow time is 6 seconds for 10 oscillations; at 168 rpm, the flow time is 25 seconds for 25 oscillations. Please consult the manufacturer for other specifications.) Cement mortar flowability is a measure of the fluidity of cement mortar; under a specified water content, it depends on the cement’s water demand. Flowability is expressed as the average diameter (in mm) of the mortar spread on a flow table.
