Product Introduction

It can also serve as a mixer in accordance with GB 177 for cement mortar testing, replacing the GB 3350.1 standard. Furthermore, it is suitable for preparing paste and mortar mixes in compliance with U.S., European, and Japanese cement test standards. This equipment is an indispensable piece of laboratory apparatus for cement plants, construction firms, relevant academic institutions, and research organizations. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the new JC/T 681 standard.

Technical Specifications

1. During operation, the agitator blades rotate about their own axis while simultaneously revolving around the perimeter of the vessel; the rotational direction is clockwise, and the orbital direction is counterclockwise.
2. The agitator blades are equipped with two speed settings—low and high—for both their rotational and orbital motions, with the following tolerance ranges:

3. The trajectory of the stirring blade within the mixing pot conforms to ISO 679:1989 (E).
