Product Introduction:

In accordance with the national standard GB 8074, “Method for Determination of Specific Surface Area of Cement—Blaine Method,” our company has developed the new fully automatic specific surface area analyzer, model FBT‑X. As an upgraded version of its predecessor, this instrument offers a simpler and faster testing procedure, enhanced accuracy in result calculations, and streamlined, efficient data management. It is the ideal choice for laboratories and research institutions.

Features:

1) Users can freely adjust parameters such as the sample’s porosity and density, significantly expanding the instrument’s measurement range.

2) The vacuum pump speed is continuously adjustable, enabling more precise control of the pumping process.

3) Added a one-touch temperature calibration function for simple and quick adjustment of the current temperature value.

4) A one‑key calibration function for the phototube has been added, effectively addressing issues such as inaccurate liquid‑level readings during testing in high‑light environments or due to phototube aging. This enhances the instrument’s reliability.

5) Intelligent photoelectric detection technology enables testing without the use of a light‑blocking sphere. Even under varying ambient lighting conditions, no manual sensitivity adjustment is required—simply perform one‑button calibration to complete the measurement.

6) Equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen display featuring an 800×480 resolution, it provides intuitive visualization of various data and real-time instrument status. Its user-friendly human–machine interface ensures faster and more efficient operation.

7) Up to 20 sets of standard samples can be stored, eliminating the need to re‑perform calibration tests with standard samples each time the test specimen is changed. Instead, simply retrieve the corresponding standard sample data before testing the specimen, making the testing process simpler and faster.

8) Up to 200 sets of test samples can be stored. The storage sequence is arranged by test time, allowing users to quickly locate the desired historical data. Moreover, the stored historical data includes all test parameters as well as the corresponding standard sample test information.

9) Historical data can be managed individually or in batches. Users can freely delete unnecessary data, and once data is deleted, the storage system automatically reorganizes and reorders the remaining records, ensuring a clearer and more intuitive display on the historical data interface.

10) USB flash drive export function: Users can connect a USB flash drive to the instrument to export historical data, then view and edit the data on a computer. Additionally, they can use office software on the computer to generate test reports and save test information.

11) Test data can be printed in real time, and historical data can be reprinted. The printout includes all test parameters as well as the corresponding parameter information for standard specimens. Accessing historical test records is now faster and more efficient.

12) The instrument displays various prompts in real time and diagnoses its own faults, assisting users in operating the device and controlling experiments.
