It is suitable for flexural strength testing of cement mortar in accordance with GB 177‑77; after the water‑to‑cement ratio has been determined, this apparatus may also be used for other types of cement. It is primarily applicable to flexural strength tests on cements of grades 325, 425, 525, 625, and 725.
