Product Introduction:

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements for asphalt mixture mixing specified in JTG 3410-2025, the “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,” a national standard of the People’s Republic of China. It is suitable for hot-mixing operations prior to the preparation of asphalt mixture specimens.

Product Features:

1. This instrument uses a microcontroller as its control core and is equipped with a large‑screen (800×480) color touch display. It employs an electric heating wire to regulate the temperature of the stirring vessel and incorporates a platinum resistance (Pt100) temperature sensor for temperature measurement.

2. This instrument allows the mixing temperature to be set anywhere between room temperature and 200°C, and the mixing time can also be programmed, thereby automating the asphalt mixture mixing process.

3. The mixer’s maximum mixing capacity is 60 liters, making it suitable for hot-melt repair applications at construction sites such as highways, bridges, and airports, as well as for sample testing in laboratory settings.

4. This instrument features a color touch display, and its proprietary control and testing software automatically manages the entire process, including temperature control and stirring.

5. The instrument is operated via touchscreen buttons and a two-level soft keyboard that can be accessed by tapping; it offers multiple flexible touchscreen button configurations. Parameter settings, operating status, test data, and other information are displayed in Chinese with graphical icons, providing an intuitive, clear interface and simple, convenient operation.

6. The instrument is equipped with a built-in real-time clock and a high-capacity memory, enabling it to independently display, process, and store various types of measurement data, such as temperature and photoelectric input.

7. This instrument is equipped with phase-sequence protection, which helps prevent mechanical damage caused by incorrect phase sequence.

8. This instrument features a floor-standing design, with a novel layout, a well-structured configuration, and convenient operation.

9. This instrument offers both automatic and manual operating modes, making operation and maintenance exceptionally simple and convenient.

10. In addition to the basic configuration suitable for laboratory use, this instrument can be optionally equipped with a sample heater, an asphalt heater, an elevated work platform, a material transport cart, and other accessories, forming a fully configured system that facilitates hot‑melt repair operations at construction sites.
