This machine is designed for fast, precise cutting of asphalt mixtures and can be used to prepare specimens compacted by various roller‑type compaction equipment. It is suitable for trimming and cutting both circular core samples and rutting‑plate‑shaped specimens. Addressing the common issue of slow idle travel in similar products on the market, this model incorporates a novel light‑bar rail system that significantly reduces idle travel time while enhancing precision and boosting operational efficiency. (In this design, the saw blade remains stationary, with the worktable moving.) The cutting spindle has a diameter of 55 mm, improving the stability of the cutting system and ensuring greater parallelism in cut‑out specimens. The diamond saw blade is crafted from high‑manganese steel, heat‑treated and meticulously ground to maintain its shape without deformation. Unlike conventional saw blades, it features premium Grade‑A diamond segments, offering exceptional wear resistance and making it ideal for cutting a wide range of materials, including rock, asphalt, and concrete.
