Description
Product Introduction:
The fixture of the anchor‑plate stiffness testing apparatus complies with the requirements of JGJ/T 480, “Technical Standard for Exterior Insulation Systems with Thin‑Coat Render Using Rock Wool.” When used in conjunction with a tensile testing machine, it enables the assessment of anchor‑plate stiffness. In rock‑wool insulation projects, during the application of the render layer and the installation of anchor bolts, it is necessary to test the stiffness of the anchor plates to ensure that their quality meets project specifications. The fixture consists of a support ring and a connecting head: the support ring provides structural support for the anchor plate and connects to the tensile testing machine via the connecting head, thereby applying the load. Grooves are machined into the portions of the support ring that contact the anchor plate to accommodate the anchor plate’s reinforcing ribs, preventing direct loading on these ribs. The support ring is manufactured with fixed geometry and dimensions to ensure that the load is applied at a location 15 mm from the anchor plate’s center.
Technical Specifications:
Material: Steel
1. Inner diameter of the support ring: 24 mm
2. Outer diameter of the support ring: 60 mm
3. Support ring height: 35 mm
4. Connection thread: M12, compatible with the corresponding adapter.

With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
