Product Introduction:
The fully automatic low-temperature freeze–thaw testing machine consists of three major components: the refrigeration system, the control system, and the water‑filling system. The equipment features a compact, three‑dimensional design and is constructed entirely from high‑quality steel. Both the inner tank and the water storage tank are fabricated from premium stainless steel, ensuring a robust overall structure. All materials undergo anti‑corrosion treatment, providing excellent resistance to corrosion. The main unit is equipped with an imported, fully enclosed refrigeration compressor, offering advantages such as a small footprint, ease of operation, and low power consumption. The condenser is made of red copper tubing, delivering superior heat‑transfer performance. The device’s start‑up, delay‑hold, and stop functions are all automatically controlled by instrumentation, ensuring safe and reliable operation. With its high degree of automation and efficiency, this equipment requires no manual adjustments or ongoing monitoring and can automatically complete 0–999 freeze–thaw cycles.

Operating environment
To ensure the proper operation of the control system, the instruments must be mounted in a control cabinet. The operating environment of the instruments not only affects their normal functionality but also impacts maintenance and measurement accuracy. The instrument’s operating environment shall meet the following requirements:
Operating ambient temperature: 0–50°C;
Operating environment humidity: 10–85% (non-condensing);
A low-vibration, well-ventilated environment;
An environment that does not easily produce condensate and contains no corrosive or flammable gases;
An environment free from strong electromagnetic interference, where static electricity, magnetic fields, and noise disturbances are unlikely to occur.
Main Operation Interface:
Press the “Set Temperature Upper Limit (°C)” button, then enter the desired upper temperature limit directly—this is the “soaking” temperature. Next, press the “Set Temperature Lower Limit (°C)” button and enter the lower temperature limit directly—this is the “freezing” temperature.
