Description
Product Introduction:
The slump cone set of four components is a standard apparatus used for concrete slump tests. It is primarily employed to assess the workability, water retention, and cohesiveness of concrete.
It comprises four basic components: the slump cone, the tamping rod, the funnel, and the scale.
This equipment is suitable for measuring the consistency of plastic concrete, with a slump range typically between 1 cm and 15 cm and a maximum aggregate size not exceeding 40 mm.
Technical Specifications:
Slump cone: upper diameter 100 mm, lower diameter 200 mm, height 300 mm; wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm; inner surface smooth and free of irregularities.
Tamping rod: diameter 16 mm, length 600 mm, with a rounded tip.
Funnel: Used to assist in placing concrete into the slump cone, ensuring uniform filling.
Ruler: A steel ruler with a graduation interval of 0.5 mm and a measuring range of 300 mm, used for determining the slump value.
Total weight: approximately 2.5 kg

The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
