LSY-20 Fully Automatic Low-Temperature Freeze-Thaw Testing Machine

This product employs the air-freezing–water-thawing method. Before powering on the instrument, fill the water reservoir completely, place the test specimen in the chamber, and then switch on the unit and press the start button. The freeze–thaw machine automatically freezes the specimen in the chamber to the set temperature in ambient air, holds it at that temperature for a user‑adjustable duration, and then automatically injects water at the set temperature, maintaining it at that temperature for another user‑adjustable period. Once the prescribed thawing time has elapsed, the machine automatically drains the water back into the reservoir, increments the cycle count by one, and automatically initiates the next freeze–thaw cycle.

Automatic data storage, automatic recovery upon unexpected test termination, water‑shortage protection, timeout protection, overpressure protection, overtemperature protection, and other safeguard functions ensure the freeze–thaw testing machine operates smoothly and safely.

2. The structural design is rational, making it convenient for laboratory personnel to operate and reducing labor intensity.

3. The compressor is an original imported Taikang unit, and all major refrigeration components are sourced from overseas. It uses Chemours’ 404A high-efficiency refrigerant, delivering excellent cooling performance and stable operation.

4. The three‑stage long‑shaft fan provides circulating airflow; under full‑load operation, the temperature difference at all points within the freeze–thaw chamber does not exceed 1°C. The fan motor is externally mounted, insulated from the humid air inside the chamber, thereby extending its service life.

It’s long, and the axial‑flow fan with an impeller design delivers greater airflow and superior cooling performance.

5. The equipment is fitted with low‑center‑of‑gravity casters, making it easy to move, space‑efficient, and quiet.
