Product Introduction:

The anchor bolt comprehensive parameter tester can simultaneously measure the tensile force, displacement, and ambient temperature of anchor bolts (reinforcing bars) and anchor studs, displaying real-time curves and data. The LBYL‑60 model builds on the original pull‑out testing instrument’s force measurement by adding displacement and ambient temperature sensing, generating measurement curves based on the gradual changes in force and displacement. This device features robust data‑storage capabilities, automatically recording displacement, force values, and corresponding trend curves at set intervals throughout the entire test. It can store up to 10,000 data points, and after the experiment, the stored data and curves can be transferred to a computer via the instrument’s USB interface. Our company has specially developed host‑computer processing software for this type of testing, enabling further editing and analysis of the collected data. It is suitable for assessing the pull‑out resistance and displacement of various anchor bolts, reinforcing bars, expansion anchors, and anchoring components.
