Product Introduction

It is primarily used for temperature monitoring and curing of large-volume concrete box girders in passenger-dedicated lines and high-speed railway projects; for temperature surveillance during the placement of bridge decks and piers in highway and railway construction; for temperature control during the casting of massive concrete foundations and frame structures in high-rise buildings; and for monitoring the body temperature of large-volume concrete dams in hydraulic engineering projects, among other applications.

Product Features:

◆ Continues operating for more than 20 hours after a power outage at the construction site, with no data loss.

◆ The host unit is equipped with an LCD display, a USB communication interface, and wireless connectivity, enabling data export to a computer for viewing and printing, while also allowing on-site temperature readings.

◆ Features a temperature-difference alarm, which can be viewed on both the host device and the computer.

◆ Utilizes remote wireless LAN communication; the transmitter exhibits strong anti-interference performance and long transmission range.

◆ It employs U.S.-imported digital temperature sensors, offering excellent consistency and high accuracy, making it particularly suitable for concrete temperature measurement. Multiple sensors can be connected to a single instrument for reading temperature values, with an error margin of no more than 0.5°C, while maintaining low cost and robust reliability.

◆ The measurement point and the receiving point are not directly connected, eliminating insulation issues and remaining unaffected by sunlight or other light sources.

◆ It can monitor and control the temperature of a wide variety of measured objects.

◆ Curve recording at each temperature‑measurement station, historical curve query, and processing, analysis, and printing of historical data.

◆ Displays the installation locations of temperature sensors at each monitoring station; the entire system comprises 16 temperature measurement zones and can simultaneously measure 16 points.

◆ The transmitter features excellent anti-interference performance and a long transmission range, with a maximum reach of 2,000 meters.

◆ In the software design, we establish a one-to-one correspondence between temperature‑sensing sensors and specific tasks: the number of sensors required for each task can be predefined, and once a task is completed, the corresponding temperature‑acquisition port is automatically released, allowing it to be reused for other tasks.
