Technical Specifications:
The fundamental principle of the flat‑blade constraint method is to employ seven parallel, evenly spaced blade cuts within a flat‑plate mold to induce cracking under equivalent constraints. Under otherwise identical test conditions, this approach enables rapid crack initiation in the specimen. The blade‑constraint method uses a planar thin‑plate specimen measuring 800 mm × 600 mm × 100 mm as the standard specimen, with a surface area of 0.48 m².
