Description
Product Introduction
The fully automatic concrete impermeability tester features a 7-inch touch-screen display and connects to a large LCD via the TCPMobuds standard protocol, providing an intuitive overview of each device’s operating and testing status. Concrete durability has long been a key concern for material engineers and structural designers, as it directly impacts the safety of both daily life and industrial operations. Consequently, research into impermeability‑testing methods—key indicators of durability—has become increasingly vital. Beyond being time‑consuming and inefficient, the primary challenge in concrete impermeability testing lies in the sheer volume of specimens required. To meet the needs of a broad customer base, we have introduced new models: one set of six specimens, two sets of twelve, and six sets of thirty-six, all fully automated. These systems require no application of sealing compounds; they automatically seal, pressurize, maintain constant pressure, time the test, detect leaks, record data, demold the specimens, and provide real-time monitoring, thereby ensuring a cleaner testing environment.
Fully automatic concrete permeability testing equipment—intelligent, easy to operate, with stable performance and reliable results. It can accommodate up to 36 test specimens per run, customizable to suit your needs. Each test group is independently controlled, ensuring no interference between tests.
