Product Introduction

The FHBS humidification system employs specially designed nozzles to generate high‑pressure water mist, using water as the medium. By means of refrigeration‑based hot‑water atomization and intermittent heating, it precisely controls temperature and humidity. A recirculating‑water high‑pressure atomization process is utilized, while in summer and winter, the refrigeration‑heating system can lower or raise the ambient water temperature, thereby ensuring optimal conditions. An automatic dehumidification system guarantees that the humidity within the standard curing chamber meets experimental requirements, with selectable humidity‑control ranges tailored to user‑specific testing needs. This ensures the accuracy of test data and helps safeguard engineering quality. The equipment is ideally suited for use in colleges and universities, research and quality‑inspection institutions, construction and highway‑site laboratories, as well as cement plants and cement‑product manufacturers. In accordance with relevant national standards—including GBJ 240‑83, GB 85, GBK 83, TC 71, GB 177‑85, and ISO—our company has developed a multifunctional curing device.
