It delivers high drilling efficiency, precise hole positioning, and smooth bore walls, ensuring superior hole quality. The core samples are intact and smooth, with minimal vibration, causing no damage to the structure.

Key Features
The drilling rig features a two‑column, vertical configuration with a drill axis oriented vertically downward. It comprises a gasoline engine, gearbox, spindle, drill bit, column, base lifting mechanism, coolant‑water pump, and traveling unit, among other key components.
The drilling rig features helical gears made from alloy steel, with high-frequency surface hardening for exceptional durability. A pair of V‑belt pulleys drives the synthetic diamond drill bit to rotate and perform its function. The lifting mechanism employs a precision ball screw for smooth, effortless operation. The column is constructed from thick-walled seamless steel tubing, which undergoes precision grinding followed by hard chrome plating, enabling the drill bit to rotate counterclockwise while moving vertically to achieve drilling or core sampling.
It features a dual-column structure and a screw-feed mechanism, ensuring stable operation and effortless handling. Equipped with travel wheels for convenient mobility.
