Product Introduction:
The X-ray inspection system for steel plate castings (model XXG-2505) is an integrated solution that combines X-ray electronics and automation technologies. This system offers high levels of automation, rapid inspection speeds, low costs, and easy storage and retrieval of inspection data. Its primary applications include nondestructive X-ray testing of nonmetallic materials, light metals, castings, various alloys, pressure vessels, and more. It is especially effective for detecting weld defects such as cracks, porosity, slag inclusions, lack of fusion, and incomplete penetration.
