Product Introduction:

The high-strength bolt testing fixture is meticulously designed and manufactured by our company using specialized materials in accordance with the relevant national standard GB/T 3098.1-2010. By employing various configuration options, it enables wedge‑load testing of bolts, conventional tensile testing, minimum proof tensile load testing of bolts, nut‑proof load testing, and bolt‑ball joint testing. The fixture is secured to the grips of a universal testing machine via connecting tie rods, allowing for a wide range of tensile tests; no additional equipment or modifications are required when used with standard hydraulic universal testing machines.

1. Maximum tensile force in the wedge load test: 1200 kN (M39-10.9s)
