Description
Product Introduction:
The HVCX‑5, 10, 30, and 50Z touchscreen‑equipped automatic turret Vickers hardness testers (with self‑calibration) are ideally suited for testing metallic materials, including tiny components, thin sheets, metal foils, wires, and thin hardened or electroplated layers. They can also be used to assess non‑metallic materials—such as glass, jewelry, and ceramics—that cannot be tested with the Rockwell method or other techniques requiring relatively high test forces. Notably, these instruments can conform to the microstructure of metals, enabling the measurement of internal hardness in materials subjected to induction hardening or carburizing. The HVCX‑5, 10, 30, and 50Z touchscreen‑equipped automatic turret Vickers hardness testers (with self‑calibration) represent a cutting‑edge opto‑mechatronic product. Featuring a modern design, they offer excellent reliability, ease of operation, and outstanding repeatability, making them an ideal choice for Vickers hardness testing. The instrument incorporates a high‑magnification optical measurement system and a dual‑channel optical configuration, along with advanced technologies such as photoelectric and optical‑coupler sensing.
Key functions and features:
1. The optical system designed by the optical engineer not only delivers crisp images but can also function as a simple microscope, with adjustable brightness, comfortable viewing, and reduced eye strain even during prolonged use.
2. The 7-inch touch display can show the test method, test force, upper and lower limits of hardness values, measured indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, number of measurements, and allows entry of year, month, and date; it also displays test results and data processing information.
3. The system features a built-in calibration function, allowing manual adjustment of input error for each test force range to calibrate the instrument.
4. Optical system brightness adjustment range: 0–100;
5. Up to 100 sets of test data can be stored, with the average value and the number of tests displayed on the main interface.
6. The test force unit can be manually selected and converted between the following units: (kgf, N).
7. The main interface can display four conversion scales simultaneously and allows switching among the Chinese national standard, the U.S. standard, and the international standard.
A total of 18 measurement scales can be converted: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRH, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HV, HK, and HBW.
8. Both objective lenses can directly measure hardness.
9. Features a diagonal‑length memory function: the diagonal length is automatically saved when the device is powered off, and upon startup, measurements can be taken directly without needing to reset the zero point.
10. The measuring scale can be converted to HK Knoop hardness;
11. Test data can be directly exported via USB.
12. The upper and lower measurement limits can be set and displayed on the main measurement interface.
13. The operating system supports switching between Chinese and English.
14. An optional built-in printer is available, and test data can also be exported via USB to a flash drive for storage and analysis.
15. The HSVT-10Z model enables direct determination of hardness values based on measured length.
16. The HVST-10Z model enables position switching among observation, testing, and measurement to be performed automatically via an automated turret.
17. The die-cast aluminum housing features a one-piece, integrally molded structure that remains stable and deformation-free; its pure white automotive-grade baked finish boasts superior quality, excellent scratch resistance, and retains a like-new shine even after years of use.
18. Our company possesses the capability for independent research and development, design, production, and manufacturing. We provide lifetime support for spare parts replacement and maintenance upgrades for our machines.
