Description
Product Introduction:
The W‑20 series Webster hardness tester, an aluminum alloy–based instrument also known as a clamp‑on hardness tester, is a lightweight device that enables rapid on‑site measurement of aluminum alloy hardness. It offers quick and easy testing—simply apply the probe—and provides direct readings of hardness values. Compliant with China’s nonferrous metals standard YS/T 420 and the U.S. standard ASTM B647, it is one of the two instruments recommended by the YS/T 420 standard.
Main uses and scope of application:
1. Determine whether the workpiece has undergone heat treatment and inspect the heat‑treatment results.
2. Determine whether the workpiece is made of an unsuitable alloy.
3. Testing of excessively long, heavy workpieces or assembled components that cannot be conveniently transported to the laboratory.
4. Used for production inspection, acceptance inspection, and quality supervision inspection.
Key Functions and Features:
1. The aluminum alloy Webster hardness tester is suitable for testing aluminum alloy profiles, tubes, and sheets, and is particularly well-suited for rapid, non-destructive conformity inspections of product hardness at production sites, sales locations, or construction sites.
2. Standard hardness blocks have been tested on a standard hardness tester and are accompanied by a test report.
3. The Vickers hardness value can be converted into commonly used values for Vickers, Rockwell, and Brinell hardness, as well as tensile strength.

The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
