HRM-45S Digital Display Surface Rockwell Hardness Tester It features a novel appearance and a menu-driven interface. The measuring unit employs a grating sensor and computer control, with hardness readings displayed directly on an LCD screen, making it an electromechanical integrated hardness testing instrument.

This instrument can automatically convert among various hardness parameters, automatically determine the minimum specimen thickness, and measure the ambient temperature during testing. It features simple operation, minimal indentation, and high accuracy.

It features a built-in printer for recording relevant test results, enabling automated operation and eliminating human error in handling and reading measurements.

Main uses and scope of application:

Surface‑hardened steels, copper and aluminum alloy sheets, strip steel, cemented carbides, as well as galvanized, chrome‑plated, and tin‑plated materials—along with various metallic materials undergoing surface heat treatment or chemical surface treatments, and castings and forgings of both flat and cylindrical shapes. These are widely used in the steel, nonferrous metals, automotive, and aerospace industries, as well as in applications involving cemented carbides, ceramics, and stainless steels.
