Description
Product Introduction:
1. Automatic Measurement: Automatically or manually capture the indentation, measure its diameter, and calculate the corresponding Brinell hardness value.
2. HB2 Automatic Measurement (German Industrial Standard DIN 1605): Automatically or manually measures the indentation diameters of standard test blocks and test specimens, then automatically performs table‑lookup interpolation to calculate the specimen’s Brinell hardness value.
3. Hardness Conversion and Validity Verification: The system can convert the measured Brinell hardness value HB into other hardness scales, such as HV, HR, and others.
4. Data Statistics: The system automatically calculates and stores statistical metrics such as the average hardness value and variance of the measured readings.
5. Over‑range Alarm: Automatically flags abnormal values and triggers an alarm when the hardness exceeds the specified threshold.
6. Test Reports: Automatically generate reports in Word or Excel format, with customizable report templates.
7. Data Storage: Measurement data, including indentation images and other relevant documentation, can be stored.
8. Other Functions: Includes all features of the microscopic image processing and measurement system, such as image acquisition, calibration, image processing, geometric dimension measurement, document annotation, album management, and magnification‑based printing, among others.
Technical Specifications:
1. Application: Used for measuring Brinell hardness indentations.
2. Applicable test force range: 1, 5, 10, 15.625, 30, 31.25, 62.5, 100, 125, 187.5, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 3000 kgf
3. Applicable indenter diameters: 1 mm, 2.5 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm
4. Applicable indentation measurement range: 0.24–6.0 mm; for optimal results, the indentation diameter is recommended to be within 0.4–6.0 mm.
5. Four fixed magnification levels are adjustable to ensure measurement accuracy, with respective applicable indentation size ranges: 0.5–1.6 mm (70×).
1–2.0 mm (55×), 2–4.0 mm (30×), and 3–6.0 mm (20×)
6. Indentation measurement accuracy: ±0.5%
7. Camera: 2.0-megapixel 1/3-inch CMOS USB camera, featuring an aluminum alloy metal housing with a 304 stainless steel magnetic base; equipped with a push-button switch for direct software launch and measurement triggering; maximum resolution: 1600×1200; power consumption: 75 mW; signal-to-noise ratio: 68 dB.
8. USB cable: 1 piece
9. Power Supply: Powered via the computer’s USB port
10. Computer (optional) system requirements: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10; 32-bit or 64-bit desktop or laptop PC; requires two USB ports; Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) version 2007 or later must be installed for report generation.
11. Software Configuration:
1) Automatically measures indentation and calculates Brinell hardness values in accordance with ASTM E10.
2) Complies with the German industrial standard DIN 1605, automatically measures indentation marks on test specimens and standard blocks, and calculates the impact‑type Brinell hardness value HB2.
