Description

Product Introduction:

The HBTE-3000S computer‑displayed electronic Brinell hardness tester eliminates the traditional weight‑loading mechanism, employing a microcontroller for control, sensor‑based signal acquisition, and a closed‑loop system driven by a stepper motor to apply the load. This design ensures more accurate force measurement and greater stability of the displayed readings. Equipped with a movable measuring platform and a PC‑based measurement system, it offers excellent operability and user‑friendliness, high testing speed, and outstanding cost‑effectiveness. Test results can be saved, printed, analyzed, and used to generate comprehensive test reports.

Main uses and scope of application:

1. Suitable for hardness testing of metallic materials with coarse grains, it can reflect the material’s overall mechanical properties.

2. Cast iron, steel, and nonferrous metals, especially softer metals such as pure aluminum, lead, and tin.

3. It can be used for hardness testing of certain non-metallic materials, such as rigid plastics and bakelite.

Software Introduction:

The Brinell hardness tester is primarily used to measure the hardness of materials such as cast iron, steel, nonferrous metals, and soft alloys. It provides a reliable indication of a material’s overall mechanical properties and is unaffected by microscopic structural inhomogeneities or compositional variations, making it a highly accurate hardness-testing method. It is widely employed in industries including metallurgy, forging, and the production of unhardened steels and nonferrous metals, as well as in laboratories, colleges, and research institutions.

The Brinell hardness measurement and analysis system is designed using optical vision inspection technology combined with image analysis and processing techniques. By capturing indentation images through an optical system and employing software for hardness measurement and analysis, the system eliminates human error, significantly enhancing both measurement efficiency and accuracy.

Key functions and features:

1. Equipped with sensors and a microcomputer control system, ensuring stable test results;

2. Equipped with a 10-level test force, it can accommodate a wider testing range;

3. Equipped with a high-performance stepper motor for automatic load application and removal, it generates significantly less noise during testing.

4. The housing is cast in a single piece, ensuring structural stability and resistance to deformation, enabling operation under relatively harsh environmental conditions.

5. The surface is finished with automotive baking paint, offering excellent resistance to scratches and maintaining a bright, like-new appearance even after years of use.

6. This instrument can be optionally equipped with Brinell image measurement software, significantly enhancing work efficiency.
