It is primarily used in laboratories and metrology rooms for flattening, aligning, and centering test specimens. By ensuring the accuracy and stability of samples during experiments and measurements, it can also serve as an accessory for microscopes and microhardness testers.

Structural Principle

　　This product consists of a flattening main base, a flattening test table, a guide rod, a pressing platform, a positioning ring, a retaining ring, a compression spring sleeve, a support sleeve, a pressure plate, a compression spring, and 304 stainless steel thumb screws, among other components.

　　This product operates on the principle that the two planes of the leveling test table and the pressure platform remain parallel. The sample to be leveled is placed on the worktable, and the pressure plate is pressed down to calibrate the lower surface of the pressure platform, thereby leveling the sample so that it is parallel to the leveling test table. Once the sample is leveled, the pressure plate is released, and a spring automatically returns it to its original position, disengaging from the leveled sample. The entire process is then complete.
