Product Introduction:

The fully automatic diamond wire saw is suitable for cutting materials of varying hardness, including crystals, ceramics, glass, honeycomb ceramics (used as automotive exhaust‑treatment substrates—thin‑walled and fragile), rock samples, jade, PCBs, meteorites, marine nodules, refractory materials, composite materials, and more. It is primarily employed for processing large‑size, high‑value materials, with a maximum cutting diameter of 12 inches.

  The main motor drives the diamond cutting wire to move downward at a constant speed, while the workpiece remains securely clamped on the table, ensuring stable cutting. The worktable can be manually or CNC‑controlled to rotate through 360°. A pneumatic tensioning system, equipped with imported pneumatic components, delivers consistently reliable tension. A PLC‑based control system paired with a large‑size touchscreen ensures simple and rapid operation. Custom auxiliary fixtures and tooling can be designed to meet your specific requirements. Safety features include automatic stop upon wire breakage and an emergency stop switch.
