Description
Product Introduction:
The welding‑corner strength test fixture for architectural doors and windows is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in GB/T 8814, “Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC‑U) Profiles for Doors and Windows,” and GB/T 11793, “Test Methods for Mechanical Properties and Weathering Resistance of Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC‑U) Plastic Doors and Windows.” It is used in conjunction with a universal testing machine. Primarily intended for evaluating the mechanical properties of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC‑U) profiles used in doors and windows, it performs fracture‑strength tests on the corner joints of door and window assemblies, enabling measurement of the specimen’s failure load and bending stress. With its simple and convenient operation, this fixture is an essential testing device for manufacturers, quality‑inspection agencies, and research institutions.

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
