Description

Product Introduction:

This fixture is used to determine the splitting resistance of sound small‑size wood specimens, simulating the force‑application conditions of an axe splitting wood. A tensile force is applied perpendicularly to the wood grain at one end of the specimen, causing it to split along the grain, thereby measuring the wood’s splitting resistance. It complies with the requirements of GB/T 1927.20, “Test Methods for Physical and Mechanical Properties of Sound Small‑Size Wood Specimens—Part 20: Determination of Splitting Resistance.”
