Product Introduction:

This fixture, in conjunction with the testing machine, employs a method of continuous, uniform circumferential peeling to generate separation‑force curves between the inner plastic layer and the stainless‑steel layer of pipe specimens, and to calculate the average peel force, thereby assessing the adhesion between the plastic inner layer and the stainless‑steel layer. It complies with the requirements of GB/T 18997.1, “Aluminum–Plastic Composite Pressure Pipes—Part 1: Aluminum‑Lapped Welded Aluminum–Plastic Pipes.”
